What does this PR do?
The KMT micro-vms are allocated 12 GB of memory.
This change was made by this PR #22877 which places test dependencies in a ram-backed filesystem, so that reading dependencies does not cause excessive IO pressure in the host machine #22024. The memory was preemptively increased to 12GB to ensure enough space for dependencies to be present in ram.
