XML docs aren't included in NuGet package #24

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?
In the source code there is lots of nice XML documentation, for instance look at all the docs for this method:
This seems to have been removed for the NuGet package but it should absolutely be included. It's very helpful in knowing exactly what each argument does.
