Got "Build kernel 1 from sourceCould not open file: /tmp/dep-33bc10.d" when 1st time

After successfully compiled and got the Vina-GPU, I followed the instruction to run:

./Vina-GPU --config ./input_file_example/2bm2_config.txt

And then got the below error. Anyone encountered the same error? I am running it on Ubuntu 20.04 with Linux kernel 5.15.0 and Nvidia T100 GPU.
