#2208 creates scratch layers for the spatial results. That means on closing a QGIS project we have an extra dialog that may scare users:

Since we create this ourselves perhaps we can also register a handler to remove this layer ourselves to avoid triggering this dialog. Possibly similar to d69d1ac.
