group gui is omitting last row of players when it would wrap to the next page

but this time it's in the namelayer gui for a group with 45 players in it

instead of displaying the last 9 players on a separate page, they are just omitted from the gui

the group this occured with had 4 invites pending, so after showing those, the number of displayed entries went up to 49 and a new page was shown with 13 players on it (49 minus 36 which is the first page)
