Add a stand-in for anvil

something like an optionally active command /wb <10charstring> that applies an intermediate string to the item as its name -- basically the same as what anvil would have done, but indirect -- so that when you then "tap" to WB on an enchanting table, it applies the WB to the item as if you'd directly named with the 10charstring on the anvil.
