Add noindex into meta for testnet or staging bridge

I recommend to add a noindex tag for both the testnet and staging bridge so that it doesn't get indexed by search engines. Right now if you search "Zenon Bridge" the testnet one shows up -- and ideally we don't want people to use the wrong bridge.

You should also delist those 2 URLs using Google/Bing webmaster tools.
