About Me

Plan
I'll implement token balance syncing by creating a custom useTokenBalance() hook that leverages TanStack Query for intelligent caching and invalidation. The hook will read ERC20 balances directly from the smart contract using ethers.js or web3.js, with a sensible stale time (e.g., 30s) to reduce RPC overhead. I'll implement transaction success listeners that automatically invalidate the balance query, ensuring fresh data after staking or reward actions. For UI, I'll build a TokenBalanceDisplay component showing both reward token and staking balances with formatted units, loading skeletons during initial fetch and refetch, and error states for RPC failures. I'll integrate cache invalidation into transaction flows using TanStack Query's mutation callbacks. All components will follow the canonical design system from the parent repository, ensuring visual consistency.
