Bug with number input

In testing we found a weird bug that made the name of the field for a number field in the frontend cover the data, when it is supposed to be on top of it

Reproducing

• enter a letter into a number field on the Distribute or on the Donate page
• after clicking off, the title should cover the data

Fixing

• make sure that the title never covers the input, no matter the input

Notes

• it doesn't seem to happen when the input in a number
