Description
Implement backend aggregation of all vault-related on-chain transactions for user-friendly history APIs.

Acceptance Criteria

• transactions table capturing vault-related operations (creation, validation, release, redirect, cancel).
• ETL from Horizon events into transactions.
• API endpoints for listing transactions (filters: type, vault, date, amount).
• Link field to Stellar Explorer URLs.
