You can do this without app modifications.
Just pass your signatures to the converter https://github.com/Divested-Mobile/Hypatia/blob/stable/scripts/Main.java
Then gpg sign it, upload to a webserver.
Input the webserver url as a database override, and update the gpg key in the override.

Hypatia can however only utilize hashes, not like ndb files.
