Thanks to this project for helping me complete a management practicum and successfully optimize my team structure #97

Description

@zlyuancn

Thanks to this project. After this period of "in-depth experience," I've come to a profound realization: some processes exist solely to demonstrate how long a process can be.

After trying out the various features, I finally understand why GDDs can be longer than the actual codebase—after all, writing documentation doesn't require it to run. Through multiple rounds of brilliant brainstorming sessions, we successfully elevated a simple problem into a topic worthy of establishing an entire department to study.

What truly touched me was this project's "respect" for tokens—each round of conversation diligently consumed my quota, as if telling me: "Look, we're really doing a lot of work." It's just that all this work ultimately turned into thin air, without leaving a single line of runnable code.

In the end, I made a difficult decision: lay off the director, department heads, and several other key positions. Not because I don't need them, but because I discovered that having AI directly write a demo is far more efficient than holding ten meetings and burning through tens of thousands of tokens.

Thank you for letting me complete this valuable management practicum, as well as this expensive token consumption experience.
