Bitrunning with the smuggler quirk floods your sec records

Issue Summary:

It seems that if you go bitrunning with the disk that lets you play as your character, and that character happens to have the black market smuggler quirk, you may get multiple instances of the text the quirk automatically adds to your sec records in said records. I'm fairly certain this has something to do with your bitrunning avatar receiving the quirk and it somehow being applied to your actual character's records with no proc to remove it later.
