Using taur parts makes some undersuit type clothing get cut off even if it should be realistically wearable

Issue Summary:

In character preferences, and in game, miscellanious clothing that goes into the jumpsuit slot gets cut off 2/3rds of the way down. While it makes sense for jumpsuit types that feature exclusively pants, said behaviour happens on those with skirts, and on dresses, even when a taur type should be reasonably able to wear those.

I have tested this only with the snake type, because i am biased.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Add taur part to character
2. Choose clothing in loadout, or in game
3. Sprite either renders fine, or, much more frequently, gets a part cut off.
