We are targeting to explore the queue-based implementation to avoid any missing data due to unprocessed webhook calls.

We are targeting a POC to implement the queue-based implementation here #32. Based on the POC outcomes, we will migrate our existing Cloud Function on the newer implamentation.

• Migrate the Rapidpro webhook cloud function to the newer setup
• Migrate the Kookoo webhook cloud function to the newer setup
