How to choose specific recipes to add in when writing usage documentation

I am writing documentation for Thermal Foundation's copper ore, and there obviously isn't an insert usage button. When I use the recipe for copper ingot, all of them show up.

How do I select specific recipes? Please don't give me a wontfix.

There isn't currently a way to show only one recipe but it is something i have been meaning to work on. I want to implement something similar to JEI where it gives you a nice organised view of the recipe's with the ability to flip through the different crafting categories.
I will also be adding the ability to target specific categories. e.g. only show furnace recipes.

I suggest that you first add the ability to do this for the editor with no gui, then implement the gui.
