Android: There Was A Problem Retrieving data from the server please retry later

Hi Team!
Incredible work on this lib. Quick question is there anyway to debug on our implementation side? I'm getting a weird error where i see this "There was a problem retrieving data from the server please retry later" when going into the lib but it only happens for android. In iOS the library opens as expecting and we are able to send messages. For reference I've tried with both the 4.1.12 and 5.1.2 implementation call of the lib
