[Feature Request] Query for Instances should be done by QIDO instead of Series level WADO Metadata-Query

What feature or change would you like to see made?

Queries for wado instance-metadata cannot be done on the series level but only on the instance level because of the KOS-cache security mechanism in ELGA. Therefore the OHIF - series level metadata search must be replaced by a QIDO - series-level query followed by a instance - level Metadata Request. The result must then be inserted in the metadata cache of OHIF
