NAGIOS alerts for MQ consumer errors

Currently NAGIOS is sending email alerts when there is an issue with the live-smtp-realtime consumer. We need to extend the alerting system to all consumers.

This involves writing new NAGIOS rules to cover all .log files in $HERMES_HOME/ops/logs/mq folder.

Status?

I do not have access to NAGIOS to set these rules up. Either I am granted access or I provide the list of files and search terms to use in order to trigger NAGIOS alert for the other consumers.
