install.txt does not mention new parameters

In the latest version of B2SAFE there 2 new parameters:

• SERVERAPIREG
• SERVERAPIPUB

What should usesrs use for:

SERVERAPIREG="https://<hostnameWithFullDomain>/api/registered"
SERVERAPIPUB="https://<hostnameWithFullDomain>/api/pub"

or

SERVERAPIREG="irods://<hostnameWithFullDomain>:1247"
SERVERAPIPUB="irods://<hostnameWithFullDomain>:1247"

We need a description in install.txt telling what to set and when.
