I had to republish an extension as the name was not unique on the other marketplace:

From https://open-vsx.org/extension/gbraad/systemd-manager to https://open-vsx.org/extension/gbraad/systemd-services-manager (as also published at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=gbraad.systemd-services-manager). This means systemd-manager should be removed to avoid conflicts (no downloads have been recorded).
