[BUG] Files saved with generic name + .jpg_orig if similar extensions are active

I'm already aware of the bug that is causing this (#170) but unfortunately disabling other extensions isn't a real solution.

I'm constantly using "Media Harvest" and another extension called "Image downloader - Imageye", probably my most used extensions, but it's very annoying having to disable one extension in order to use the other, and vice versa, everytime.

Does anyone have a clue on how to solve this? Even if it's a workaraound that I can implement myself. Haven't experienced this with any other extension, so I still believe it's an unsolved bug.

It's buggy, but not a bug.
