Step of procedure:

  • create a record and submit to EAS
  • tap on view on EAS
  • notice the EAS UI show "waiting attestation"
  • notice the wallet has been charged for the attestation, view this transaction on etherscan, the data was captured on chain

this issue would happen on different devices, approx. 1 time in 20 record.
