Post-Observe Game Issues-Bugs

Description
Left the game running while I observed, I managed to reach 1887. These are some issues I noticed.

Bugs
1 - The US never annexes the Sioux completely, and the Assinboine and the Three Affiliated Tribes are never attacked.

2 - [NON-DLC ISSUE] Some of the regions had their colour/names changed, some don't. Also, they never got annexed/became a state.

3 - Brigham Young and the Utahns were never annexed into the US, they are still a puppet. Also, Brigham Young died in 1877, that is, 10 years before current date.

4 - Charles Sumner died in 1879 but there he is still, leading America from beyond the grave in 1887.

5 - The US is stuck at war with Korea.

6 - The US is also stuck at war with the Netherlands/East Indies cause the Indies tend to declare war on them for some reason in the 1870s.

7 - Canada party name and all ideas are unlocalised.

8 - Assinboine and Three Affiliated Tribes lack "Native" portraits.

9 - This Perú idea should be removed after the peace is signed. Also, it lacks localisation.

10 - This idea for Paraguay should be removed after they lose the war. Also, Paraguay got puppeted by Brazil.

11 - Assortment of dead British advisors (Reminder, we're in 1887)

12 - The Anderson Case doesn't pop up, which makes the decision to enact the Habeast Corpus Act not be available.

13 - Prussia never gave back northern France to France

14 - Prussia never formed Germany. Seems they got stuck at the "Prepare German Unification" focus.

15 - This idea should be removed once the German Confederation is ended.

Adalbert von Preussen: Died 1873

17 - The Bruck issue. This guy committed suicide after Austria lost the War against Piedmont. In this game they won so he didn't die, however, by 1887 he would've been literally 91. Someone should replace him.

18 - The Serbian AI got stuck doing the focuses. Current Ruler Milos Obrenovic died in 1860.

19 - The Serbian AI didn't unlock the military branch of the Focus Tree either.

20 - Serbian AI refuses to go down the Economic Path even though they can.

15 - Could be I guess

16 - Theorists will only be removed once there are successors set.

17 - Same here, Austrian content is at an end in 1867, so the leaders won't change after that until there is content.

13 - I believe the original event that transfers them back is broken, as I've seen that happen a few times already.

14 - Prussia lacks some of the National Spirits necessary to complete the focus. Not sure how those are achieved.
