- Created PerformanceTests.swift with dedicated performance measurement suite - Tests for both standard and obfuscated 1K flag configurations - Granular JSON decoding performance breakdown - Baseline comparisons with existing v1 configuration files - Ready for flags-1k.json and flags-1k-obfuscated.json test files
