Automatic breakable detection

Instead of setting breakable manually, use context to determine whether the content will go over a page, or will result in a large amount of whitespace. If so, break.

Seems to be too difficult to pursue right now, as a partial solution we are introducing ability to toggle between breakable and not breakable as defaults.
