The changelog.rst is redundant, as it duplicates information from the FDP and FDP-client repos.

This represents a maintenance burden and is very likely to get out of sync (as is the case currently).

We should remove the content and refer to the github "releases" pages for the respective repos instead, which have a detailed changelog based on pull requests:
