Vertical Data Partitioning and Mobile Devices

Hi all,
I am working on a research project and was looking at candidate federated learning frameworks. I'm interested in FATE and have the following questions:

1. Does FATE have support for vertical federated learning? If so, is there any documentation available or some tutorials?
2. Can FATE be used to deploy models on mobile devices like iPhones and Androids?
