Is there any chance for inclusion of alternatehistory.com in fichub.net?

There is, certainly. If I remember correctly someone told me most threads make heavy use of images, but fichub has since started embedding links to images at least. Do you think adding AH support before extending its image handling makes sense?

Regardless, I'll leave this issue open until it can be investigated further and either implemented or closed.

From what I understand, you are talking about inclusion of images in output along with text.
If this is what was indicated, then as avid reader of AH.com I think adding AH.com support to fichub preceded image inclusion.
Though others may differ. But from my surfing of the site, although images are invovled in Ah.com, but majorily its only text in thread.
Please reply if there is any misunderstanding about your reply from my side.
