Export as Markdown, Normal Text File, odt, docx

An enhancement I could see is the ability to export as any of the formats in the title:

1. OpenDocument Text (odt)
2. Markdown (md)
3. Office Open XML (docx)
4. Text (txt)

Hi! Text export has been requested by some other users as well, but is currently low on the priority since there are several options for converting epub files to plain (or markdown-y) text. I'm not sure exactly how viable odt and docx are, but they would also be low priority.

I'm going to leave this issue open and update it if/when any of the four formats you requested are actually implemented. If you'd like to edit your issue to a numbered list it would help me know which ones you particularly care about. Thank you!
