Rebranding "Broker" to "Realtime"

Description

I've been playing Supabase recently for a personal project. It is a Postresql wrapper, but also has an offering for a pub/sub model. They brand this as "Realtime", and I really like that as a term for our own MQTT offering, it covers the scope of "UNS" and "MQTT", without being industry/UNS-specific and would cover anything else we want to introduce here.

The term is a lot more user friendly, and clearer on the value of the offering, not just the technical component involved.

Task: Change the left-side navigation option to "Realtime", and update the page description to be more onboarding/new-user friendly

Also came up recently with a prospect too, where they highlighted that "UNS is a buzzword... but the real value is real-time"

I like the idea of renaming "broker" to something that is more appealing and highlights the value of the service rather than simply stating with the service is.

"Realtime" is good, but I think misses out on the fact that (correct me if I'm wrong) users will be able to make use of historical data as well. So maybe what we're really after is a name that captures the idea that you're getting a peek into your data, within FlowFuse. What if we called it something like "FlowView" and made use of our brand identity?

"FlowView" implies viewing Node-RED flows, which is very different.

It needs to be something relating to Messaging, publish/subscribe or MQTT if it's not going to be Broker

@hardillb I see your point. But is there any word that captures the value of what can be done with the broker better than "UNS" or the messaging terms you've mentioned?
