Description

This should authenticate npm registry users (FF Teams) against a HTTP API hosted by FlowFuse.

This will have 2 components

  1. The plugin it's self
  2. The FF API (plan to extend the existing API used by the file-server or the MQTT brokers)

Need to work out how to handle revoking tokens if users leave the team
