Suggested dashboard 'shop floor' view

Description

Following a conversation with @Steve-Mcl , I recommend that we add a Dashboard view that resembles what one would see on a shop floor, where a reading that is in the designated 'good' range displays in green, a reading outside that range is red, and the entire dashboard display is viewable at a glance and from a distance.

We do already have the "Tile" type for a Gauge:

This does only have a fixed label and then varying colour depending on the value, so more should be added here to support label/value rendering, as well as units to support as per the other gauge types

@colinl Having taken a look, I can see why Greg would not have made this public. I think the notes are for me, rather than public consumption. It contains some wider internal FlowFuse plans from which, this request was an action.
