Description

It appears all of our blog posts have the same meta description: "Scale your Node-RED deployments in production. Open-Source and available on Docker, Kubernetes or Cloud"

Each blog post should use a unique meta description to help with SEO.

To be precise, where are you seeing this meta description?

Each blog post does have a custom meta description - it's a matter of knowing where that is/isn't being surfaced properly.

Here is a screen grab. It seems we have two description fields but I am pretty sure Google cares about the first one.

We also curiously seem to append 'FlowForge' to our page titles. I can't find where we do this but it would be nice to not have it since it looks odd when you link to a page.

Pages should begin to add meta tag in the markdown.

Regarding the - FlowForge in our title, this is a standard thing to do, see pretty much any other website, they will do the same:

You'll struggle to find a site that doesn't do this.

to nick's point:

Each blog post does have a custom meta description

It seems we don't rely on description but meta.description, iirc this is because the description can include html content, which the <meta> doesn't like, but will have a play to see if a better way to handle that. We could/should just fallback to description if meta.description isn't provided
