Short button push should trigger a desktop notification

As a user, I would like to see a desktop notification when the hardware button gets pushed.

- [ ] make service capable of receiving messages over UDP.
- [ ] make firmware send a message over UDP when button gets pressed (or released? this shouldn't interfere with factory reset!)
