Detect screen lock

As a user
In order to be able to sleep at night while my computer is locked
I want the device to not light up when all connected clients are locked

Implementation idea 1: when screen is locked, simply don't send data, so device times out
Implementation idea 2: send locking information, do logic on device

Note: webcam can be allowed on Windows even when the screen is locked, so to be safe, locking should be considered only when webcam/microphone is off.

I think I can implement this on Windows, Mac/Linux will have a dummy return False
