Adding logorithmicly scaling xp cost

First thing I thought of when I saw the configurable linearly increasing xp requirement was that a logarithmic option might be quite interesting. Just something I wanted to mention encase it was an idea you would be interested in.

I'm not interested in doing this. Though I would welcome a PR in one scenario.

There's two types of scenarios I believe you could be suggesting. A logarithmic relationship, where:

1. x=xp levels and y=effect amplitude
2. y=xp levels and x=effect amplitude

I don't think scenario 1 would be a feature anyone would want. xp grows quadratically with levels. (desmos, minecraft wiki) This means higher effect amplitudes already begin to take an ungodly amount of xp points (71,833 points between levels 7,999 and 8,000). Therefore, we already have difficulty scaling by tying effect amplitude to levels. You would only amplify this effect by implementing option 1.

Scenario 2 might be valuable; some players might prefer not to have that aforementioned scale. However, I would just tie the amplitude to points instead of levels (and make that a configurable option (levels or points)). It would be less convoluted than finding some log fn with the perfect parameters.
