Recreate Volumes

The server relies on a set of text files to store information like leaderboards and configuration.
Observation indicates:

- `ServerAnnouncements.txt`
- `Admin.txt`
- `Mod.txt`
- `CaptainLeaderboard.txt`
- `BlackwakeServer_Data/Players/*` - probably not relevant, seems to only contain player ID mappings
- `logs/*`
