Avif and Webp files are not supported/not working

Description of bug

Webp and Avif files are not supported/not working when i try to add a webp/avif file into catpacks or icons folder its not detected, I'm not sure exactly when it stopped working, but in previous versions it was working and the bug exist in 1.4.4 and still exist in the latest version (2.1.1)

Steps to reproduce

Add a webp/avif file to catpacks/icons folder and it will be not detected by Freesm Launcher.
