Hey,

I wanted to translate the handbook to Portuguese, but the current license doesn't allow us to do this:
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/

There is any way you can change this?

This one sounds better:
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/
