breeding loop

hi, I love your script but there's a slight issue. When it gets to the final bee, it gets stuck in a loop. as an example, if I want to get an iron bee, it's putting a tin princess and a copper drone but when it finally gets to the iron bee, it gets changed back into a tin princess. I'm using a tier 2 computer with an oblivion frame. could one of those be an issue?

update: it is working when I start a long breeding tree (like making thorium when I don't have any resource bees yet) but the final bee is still getting stuck in a loop

Hi, i'm assuming that you don't have anything that boosts the mutation chance? It sounds like you're getting the mutation after many gambles but quickly losing it because of rng, in which case the program reverts to the state before the breeding attempt and tries again.

I'm only using one oblivion frame and nothing else. also, like I wrote in the update, only the last bee in the breeding tree gets looped. the program is saying something about reserve bees, doesn't find any even though there are a few in the chest (assuming that the reserve bees are taken from the trash chest) and then "reverting back to tin princess"

The behavior of the program strongly suggests just rng failure
Yes, reserve bees are taken from the trash chest, but to be valid they must contain at least one gene of the target breed

There's also the possibility that this bee has special mutation requirements and you either did not meet them or the program did not prompt you, in which case yeah that will loop
