on your main program section for the mobile version, Consider adding some padding to the items so they don't overflow into one another

On the desktop part of your featured guests, consider reducing the texts of each guest and maybe reduce the font so the look uniform and aligned with the guest image

on the desktop version of the about page, consider making the images under the past conference look more landscape so they can match the project template. They look narrow in the portrait mode
