A good workaround is using the diferent colours and the possible comments for each medication. I do so for 3 persons.

This can be achieved using tags (small tag button in the medicine details). Create one tag per person and filter medicines and reminders this way.

What I just realized is that tags would also have to be added to the notification text - I'll use your issue to track implementation of that.
