Description

@daidoji

In the README the line QVI (SignifyTS 0.3.0-rc2) (https://github.com/GLEIF-IT/signify-ts/releases/tag/0.3.0-rc2 indicates that Signify-ts uses 0.3.0-rc2 from the GLEIF-IT fork. However, this tag does not exist (link above 404s).

This tag does also not exist on WoT https://github.com/WebOfTrust/signify-ts/tags (nor does it look like 0.3.0-rc2 is set as the package.json version in main branch.

This version tag does exist on npm. https://www.npmjs.com/package/signify-ts

Provenant is trying to update the toolchain to keripy 1.2. Is this the right repo to clarify what the latest stable branches that have been tested together are? If so, which version commit of signify-ts should we be upgrading against?
