Keep track of failed credential presentations that are reported as failed via webhook callback #44
Description
It would be nice to have a presentation error reported back to Sally so that it shows up in both Sally logs and a list of failed presentations so we could run an HTTP request and get a list of failed presentations. This would be useful for monitoring.
This is primarily valuable when someone presents an LE or OOR credential without first presenting a QVI credential as presenting an LE or OOR without the QVI will fail inside of the GLEIS webhook receiver service.
