I used my personal account and got this: http://labs.data.gov/databeam/stephaniefaith/local/utilization-and-claims.json?api_key=api-key

how can I make the URL look like my organization's user name instead of my agency? Also what if I leave USAID one day? How can I get my organization to be able to keep my URL w/o changing it but update the data?

With next release, the disclaimer will appear
"This instance of DataBeam is currently being provided as a demo for testing purposes only. Until otherwise indicated, APIs created using this tool should only be expected to exist temporarily"

those you mentioned, would be great updates for databeam. But for now you can't even remove existing api's.
