Black color instead of animated textures in Thaumcraft

In Thaumcraft 4, there is a set of blocks (infused stone) with animated glowing textures. After installation of mod, the textures are not displayed:

You can kinda work around that by making the infused stone emit light.
That's what I did, and it actually looks pretty cool. It also makes the glowy parts actually lit up again!

I think the infused texture just needs to be patched to work properly, and it would be nice to see that fixed even with a workaround available.
