Device not appearing on connection screen

Describe the bug
Chameleon ultra does not appear on devices list of the windows version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the application
2. See blank devices list
3. Click on refresh
4. Nothing

Something similar was discussed in issue 605, but that problem seemed to be fixed now.

No, the outcome is the same. I forgot to mention that when i launch the application (the official release, too), the device starts doing a scrolling led animation (might be to signify the connection process) instead of the regular charging one. Still, nothing ever appears in the gui.

Does CLI works for you?

Couldn't install that following the wiki instruction, was met with lots of 404 errors during step 10, and the following error running cmake .
CMake Error at _deps/pthreads4w-src/CMakeLists.txt:29 (message): "unknown" not supported in version.rc

Wasted an hour on that, tried twice. Either windows or the cli installation sucks. (both?)

Edit:
Found an issue with a solution to a similar problem, but i already nuked the directory and am not willing to try it a third time today

@Leka1B What about using the prebuilt binaries from the dev release?

ProxSpace isn't required anymore afaik, neither you need native code compilation, you just need install python dependencies or use precompiled exe

That's seems like another libserialport bug, maybe we should change library to https://pub.dev/packages/serial_port_win32 for Windows, as it at least maintained and directly communicate with win32 api
