Add Rocket Vehicle UI & Icon

Feature Description

(tentative, subject to additions / modifications)

Icons:

• Place new SVGs/PNGs in resources/icons/vehicles/ (ex. VehicleRocket.svg)
• Register in qrcResources.qrc.

Map/Toolbar UI:

• Edit src/FlightMap/MapItems/VehicleMapItem.qml and src/FlightDisplay/VehicleSummary.qml to include case for rocket type vehicle.
