Error in TypeScriptCompile step

Hi Guys

Like issue #2 , I have faced with another and similar error in TypeScriptCompile step, but after installing typescript manually using below command, the error is gone.

```
npm i -g typescript
```

I think it would be better to update the document of MSharp and mention installing typescript as another prerequisite.
